• Implementing a STEM/STEAM class as a special at Middleton Elementary.

• Broadening the candidate pool to ensure the district recruits staff members of exceptional quality and to advance equity.

• Provide Professional Development for teacher's aides and continue to give teachers the opportunity to learn cutting edge curriculum and strategies in the classroom.

• Promote bringing after school clubs and athletics to Middleton Elementary.

• Aggressively pursue fiscal responsibility within the district.

• Maintain the district's integrity by promoting transparency between the board and community.
